Descipline is an integral part of the school culture. The school encourages self-discipline that arises from within and remains throughout life.

Some general rules of discipline to be followed are :

  • Students are expected to maintain discipline within the school campus and in class
  • Student ID card should be worn at all times while in school.
  • Students must keep their class and surroundings clean, care must be taken of all school property and if any damage is done, it will be made good by the concerned student together with a fine imposed for the offence.
  • Our students are expected to speak only in English right from the moment they enter the school premises and also inside school vans.
  • Students should not have parties in their classrooms or in the school premises.
  • All tests and evaluations are compulsory and exemption from evaluations will not be considered unless on medical grounds supported with evidence. Taking leave during working days is strongly discouraged.
  • Parents are responsible to make up for the loss of the studies in case of leave taken. The school will expect students to be at par with the class in every way and that must be ensured by the parents only.
  • Students are encouraged to maintain a simple lifestyle and keep away from flamboyance. Please cooperate to ensure that proper discipline is maintained inside and outside school premises.


  • Bring Valuable and unnecessary thing without the permission of the teachers.
  • Lend or borrow money or other things from other students.
  • School or make noise in the class room or on the school premises or create confusion.


  • See that your child attends the school regularly and help him/her to be punctual.
  • Promptly report and explain absences and tar dies to the school, i.e., produce leave letter without fail.
  • Ensure the child wears prescribed uniforms, shoes & socks ribbons in case of girls.
  • Encourage proper study habits at home.
  • Participate in parent – school meeting to discuss your child’s school progress and welfare and give suggestion.
  • Stay informed of school rules and encourages your ward to obey them.
  • Participate in the school functions and be a part of the school.
  • Be sure that your ward is appropriately dressed for the school and has all the materials needed for the school.
  • Inform the school authorities if any inconvenience is caused to your ward immediately.

  • Sign and return the report card within a day or two.
  • Be sure your child attends the special classes when needed.
  • A student’s parent is legally liable for property damage caused by negligent or malicious conduct of the student.
  • Pay the required fees in time to avoid the fines or penalties.
  • Meet the class teachers or the Headmistress only on Saturdays to discuss the progress of your ward.

The profession of teaching is a vocation that calls for high personal standards of ethics, responsibility and accountability. A teacher has to lead by example and his / her conduct in a school environment has great impact on students. As responsible, educated adults, teachers need to shoulder certain norms.

  • Knowingly or willfully neglect his/her duties.
  • Discriminate against any student on the ground of caste, creed, language, and place of origin, social and cultural background.
  • Indulge in, or encourage, any form of malpractice connected with examination or any other school activity.
  • Make any neglect in correcting class-work or home work done by students.
  • During the period of your service, you cannot join any college or pursue any course of studies without the prior approval of the Head of Institution.
  • Remain absent from the school without sanction of leave or without previous permission of the head of the school.
  • Enter into any monetary transactions with any student or parent; nor shall she exploit her influence for personal ends.
  • All teachers are responsible for maintaining their Class Attendance Register, Plan Book, Daily Diary and Examination Registers. For any loss of the same, the accountability rests solely in the hands of the respective teachers.
  • All teachers are requested to get their Plan Book signed every fortnight and Daily Diary every week.
  • All the teachers are strictly forbidden from inflicting any corporal punishment to any student irrespective of any compelling circumstances whatsoever they may be. Incidents of this nature will be viewed seriously by the school administration.
  • Mobile phones are strictly not permissible in the Classrooms, Labs and Corridors.
  • All the teachers must contribute to the development of an open and reflective professional atmosphere andwork culture by avoiding all sorts of negative thoughts.
